Texas Intrastate Pipelines and Storage Facilities:
Enterprise Texas Pipeline, L.P.
Enterprise Texas Pipeline, L.P. ("Enterprise Texas Pipeline")
is an intrastate pipeline regulated by the Railroad Commission
of Texas. Its facilities include over 7,000 miles of gathering
and transmission assets and a 6.4 Bcf natural gas storage facility.
Enterprise Texas Pipeline offers intrastate transportation services
and interstate transportation services under NGPA Section 311.

Enterprise Intrastate, L.P. (Channel)
Enterprise Intrastate, L.P. ("Enterprise Intrastate") is an intrastate
pipeline regulated by the Railroad Commission of Texas. Its facilities include
over 800 miles of pipeline extending from South Texas to the Louisiana Border
along the Texas Gulf Coast. Enterprise Intrastate offers intrastate transportation
services and interruptible interstate transportation service under NGPA Section
311.
Alabama Intrastate Pipelines:
Enterprise Alabama Intrastate, L.L.C.
Enterprise Alabama Intrastate, L.L.C. (GTAI) consists of approximately
450 miles of gathering and transmission assets in Alabama. GTAI
offers both intrastate and interstate transportation services under NGPA Section 311.
Interstate Pipelines and Storage Facilities:
Petal
Gas Storage, L.L.C.
Petal is a 8.65 Bcf storage facility located in Mississippi regulated
by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Petal offers
interstate storage and transportation services pursuant to its FERC Gas Tariff.
High Island Offshore System
High Island Offshore System (HIOS) is a 204-mile pipeline offshore
Louisiana. HIOS offers interstate transportation services.
