All unitholders who held TEPPCO common units as of the date of the merger automatically became partners in Enterprise Products Partners L.P. and will receive a K-1 from TEPPCO for the period January 1 – October 26, 2009 and from Enterprise Products Partners for the period October 27 – December 31, 2009.
