Richard H. Bachmann
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Mr. Bachmann joined Enterprise in 1999 as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the General Partner. He was elected a Director of the General Partner in June 2000.
Previously, Mr. Bachmann was a partner in the law firms of Snell & Smith P.C. from 1993 to 1998 and Butler & Binion from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Bachmann earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. from Southwestern University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American and Houston Bar Associations, and a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation and the Houston Bar Foundation.
